Combining 'Sey' for Seychelles and Shima - the Japanese term for island, this sophisticated yet intimate restaurant situated on the lagoon, is our Teppanyaki fine dining option, showcasing this warmest style of Japanese cuisine.
The word Teppanyaki is derived from teppan, meaning iron plate and yaki, which means grilled or broiled. Guests will have the chance to interact, while enjoying a special Seyshima cocktail, filled with fresh and exotic flavours, prior to the live Teppan show by our chef.
